His career began early, starting on the shop floor at just 15 years old in footwear retail across some of Melbourne’s busiest precincts.
While most were clocking off, Luke was building something on the side, reselling high-end sneakers and hard-to-source items, learning the mechanics of supply, demand, and negotiation in real time.
During COVID, Luke transitioned into head office, where his role quickly expanded. What began as administrative support evolved into involvement in storage negotiations, regional Australian leasing, and ultimately responsibility across New Zealand, regional Australia, and multiple major Australian landlords. It was here that his ability to build relationships, negotiate transparently, and see deals through to completion became clear.
Real estate was a natural next step. Luke has always been drawn to deal-driven environments, from tracking markets to negotiating right down to the final point. He thrives in spaces where momentum matters and outcomes are earned.
Now part of the WHITEFOX HQ team as Group BDM, Luke brings energy, persistence, and a strong commercial network to a business that aligns with how he operates. Relationship-led, opportunity-focused, and built on trust.
Outside of work, Luke starts most days early with a run before the world wakes up, using the quiet to think clearly and plan ahead. Previously accustomed to frequent travel across Australia and New Zealand, he’s comfortable with fast-paced, ever-changing environments where no two days look the same.
Known for his enthusiasm, humour, and an encyclopaedic knowledge of Formula 1, Luke is motivated by win-win outcomes and long-term relationships. If he says he’ll do something, it gets done.
